If a recharge or bill payment fails due to technical issues but the amount is deducted from your wallet, the system will automatically attempt to reverse the transaction. If not automatic, the deducted amount will be refunded to your RK PAY wallet within 24 to 48 business hours after manual verification.
Once a recharge or bill payment is processed successfully by the operator against a mobile number, DTH account, or utility consumer number, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Please double-check all details before confirming any payment.
If money is deducted from your bank but not added to your RK PAY wallet during a load request, the payment gateway will automatically refund the amount to your source bank account within 5-7 working days. For faster resolution, please contact support with your Transaction ID.
Any manual funds transferred incorrectly between distributors and retailers can be reversed by the admin or the distributor upon verification. However, funds already spent on services cannot be recovered.
Users can raise a dispute for any transaction from the "History" panel. Disputes are reviewed within 24 hours. Decisions made by the RK PAY admin panel after operator verification are final.
