To use our services, members (Retailers, Distributors, Super Distributors) must complete their full KYC verification. You agree to provide accurate identification documents (Aadhaar, PAN). Accounts found with fake or incorrect KYC will be blocked immediately without prior notice.
Wallet balances are strictly for executing digital services available on the portal. Balances cannot be withdrawn to a bank account unless explicitly permitted under specific payout features. Admin reserves the right to hold wallet balances in case of suspicious activities.
Commissions and surcharges are dynamically set by the Admin and your respective upstream network. Rates are subject to change based on operator updates. We are not liable for any loss of anticipated profit due to changes in commission slabs.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Login password and PIN. RK PAY will not be liable for any unauthorized transactions made through your account. Any attempt to abuse system bugs, API bypassing, or fraudulent PG loading will result in permanent account termination and legal action.
